The completion of your BHU UG degree involves taking necessary backlogs for the 5th and 6th semester examinations. Completing the exam form with an associated fee of INR 500-1000 per paper is necessary to participate in the examinations. The BCA course is indeed available at TARA Government College, Sangareddy. It's a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by Osmania University, Hyderabad.
