Your theology Diploma completes two years of study may count only if universities accept it as equivalent to secondary school level. Yes, you can pursue an M.Com online course even without having BCom Hons in some online universities like CU-Online. You will, however, still need to have a bachelor's degree in any subject, and yes you can even do an online BA to pursue an online MCom.  Only make sure that the university is UGC-recognised.
