Your theology Diploma completes two years of study may count only if universities accept it as equivalent to secondary school level. The academic entrance requirement for foreign universities usually demands twelve years of standard education equivalent to 10+2 but a Diploma might or might not qualify in place of this requirement. Universities providing admission may ignore the absence of a 12th-grade education when your Diploma gainsapproval along with your BA degree from IGNOU. For accurate assessment contact each university to which you apply and confirm credential recognition.

Yes, you can pursue an M.Com online course even without having BCom Hons in some online universities like CU-Online. You will, however, still need to have a bachelor's degree in any subject, and yes you can even do an online BA to pursue an online MCom. Only make sure that the university is UGC-recognised.
