Most of the universities wants that you complete all coursework and clear all backlogs before enrolling in a new program. A backlog indicates incomplete academic requirements, which can be a barrier to admission into another program. If you are successful in clearing the backlog, you will be able to apply for another master's program. Some institutions may allow conditional admission, but it is uncommon. No, MBBS is not a requirement for becoming a chiropractor. Chiropractic is a specialised professional field that calls for extensive preparation over many years. The applicant must have earned a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in order to enrol in a chiropractic programme. A candidate may choose to study a chiropractic course through a 4-year doctoral curriculum or a 5-year integrated plan that comprises a 3-year undergraduate degree and a 2-year post-graduate programme. However, students must have passed their Class 12 board exam including PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in order to pursue a chiropractic course.

No DMLT course is not same like a degree.
DMLT is diploma level course, usually after Class 12, but degree is higher study that you get after finishing bachelor program.
Both DMLT and degree in lab tech prepare you for lab jobs but degree give more deep study, theory, research and also more career chance than diploma.
