The college is definitely good as the brand Delhi University. It is definitely a good choice for B.Com.
BR Ambedkar College is a constituent college of Delhi University.It is one of the few constituent college of Delhi University to offer Social Work course for Boys.
The College has several clubs and societies. It also offer NCC and NSS .These things helps in competitive exams and jobs.

Universities can be compared on following basis :
- Quality of course structure - Both universities have a good curriculum for Masters program. SAU has an extra 6 months project under the guidance of one faculty member. That's a plus, if you want to learn the basics of research and specially helps you learn softwares like Matlab and Latex.
- Faculties : Both the universities have good and well qualified faculties. But SAU faculty members are more inclined towards there own research work.
- Study Environment : Not sure about DU but SAU has a amazing study environment giving you all possible facilities. One to one interaction with faculties, stud

You can simply go to the college individual website for the cut off they will get the pdf for the cut-off there. Also , you can check the details on the Shiksha website. in General Category the last year cut off was 99 for B.Com it was 96 for BA hons. Mostly for other BA specialisations like in BA (Social Work), BA(History) it was 96 percentile. CUET Application process will start in Feb or March.

70 percent is very less in getting Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Delhi . This totally depends upon the your caste also now . If you belong from the lower cast you will get the college based on the sc or st category cut off . The general category cut off is quite high as compared to other categories. You can also check the cut off on college website or shiksha website for CUET.
