Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination, recognized by State or Central Education Board. It is required to score at least 50% aggregate in PCM in the qualifying examination i.e. XII Board Exam. Candidates must have taken five subjects in 12th Standard. He/she must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects in 12th Standard.

Eligibility for B.B.A. LL.B. at Mody University
In regular course:
A 50% aggregate in C.B.S.E or its equivalent and adequate proficiency in English is compulsory. Candidates who have appeared for Common Law Admission Test will be given preference. Admissions are based on merits.
In lateral Entry:
Lateral entry is permitted up to the third year as per BCI norms. However, the decision of the University shall be final in this regard.
As per the course structure of B.B.A. LL.B, an internship of 20 weeks during the five years period is compulsory for all students. It can be done within courts, assisting Advocates, NGOs, Administrative Authorities, Local-Self Governing Authorities Commissions, Tribunals, Legal Firms, etc. Legal Departments of Public & Private Companies are also considered.
