According to the previous year's records, your chances of getting IHM Pusa is very much less, but I am confident, you will get admission in all the colleges ranking just below IHM-Pusa.

The faculty members of the college are very helpful in nature. Teachers help you to solve every problem. This college is good for to pursue Political Science.
Best of luck for your graduation.

I think DTU is better option but if seen according to priority list which is best
NIT Durgapur, DTU, NIT Hamirpur & Jalandhar.
In NIT, Durgapur last year closing rank was 18112 so there is less chances but if take part in JOSSA counselling carefully then there will be a chances in Durgapur otherwise DTU is better option.

I checked last year's cut-off and could not see your rank. Do check it this year to know any change in the cut off.

According to last year's cut-off, you can get admission in 2nd round of counselling for 2nd shift.
It may change this year. So, keep a check on IP's site for the cut-off release date.

Delhi Metropolitan Education is good but obviously not that good. It's rank is also a little down. I don't know much about it but all I know is I have never heard anything extraordinary about it. That's it. So it's your call!
