Yes, the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Chennai is indeed more expensive than NIELIT Delhi. Both have different fee structures and Delhi is less costly. You can also visit their website to check the fee structure according to the other courses. Moreover, the Shiksha website also helps you in this. You can check the all-important details for admission for both institutes. But, both are best for getting the degrees and taking your career forward.

Delhi Institute of Computer Technology (DICT) works under the scheme of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology that comes under the Government of India. Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology looks after it.
Both (NIELIT, Chandigarh and DICT) being functioning under the Government of India offers various short term and long term courses alongwith lucrative placements. Both have almost equal importance and recommendations among IT aspirants.

However, both institutes offer a variety of courses at reasonable rates and are government institutes.
