DU SOL admission 2023 to various UG and PG courses is based on merit in Class 12. Candidates who are seeking admission to DU SOL must have an aggregate of 45 per cent in Class 12 in case student is from General category. Whereas for OBC category candidates must have passed Class 12 with 40 per cent aggregate and for SC/ ST/ PwBD students, they must have passed Class 12. The DU School of Open Learning gives admissions to students without their CUET scores. In order to take admission in BMS programme of Delhi University, you need to have a minimum of 60% in class XII in four subjects which includes English and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The other two can be selected by the candidates from among the subjects listed by Delhi University. The core subjects are usually part of the list.
The students are required to appear for an online test known as DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test)- a common test for BMS, BFIA and BBE programs of Delhi University. The test comprises of 100 questions each carrying 4 marks and a negative of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.

The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics at the qualifying examination for admission to B. Com. (Hons.). So, Math is compulsory at 10+2 level at Hansraj College.Bachelor of Commerce is a 3-year long academic course for Commerce students. There is no need for studying Maths in 12th standard to pursue this degree. The students can either go for general B.Com or specialized B.Com, according to their choice.
