B.Pharma is better because it has wider opportunities available. Go for BDS only if you have immense passion in it.

If you are having good skills at the end and you have grasped enough knowledge then your degree is worth irrespective of the college.
SGT is a good college for BDS.

You have to tell your NEET score and category that you belong.

To apply to MPH programs you must apply via the online portal ' Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) application'. Please check the SOPHAS website. Also you must take GMAT or GRE and TOEFL to be eligible for admissions.
