The branches in BDS refer to different specialties within the field of dentistry, such as oral surgery, conservative dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and conservative dentistry.
BDS at Saveetha Dental College, which is located in Chennai, is the most reputed college in Tamil Nadu, but getting placement after UG is a little difficult. But after MDS, you can get full placement at Saveetha Dental College.
