International school of design, kolkata offers various scholarships for MBA and other courses . INSD has always taken interest in the well being  of students  and supported them on various fronts. The scholarship contains 4 categories they are:

1.  Category 1| Academic scholarship:                                                                                                                                               This is applicable to the students who have shown a sustained level of outsatnding acdemic achievement . 
2. Category 2| Sports scholarship:                                                                                                                                                       This is applicable for the students who have consistently shown outsatnding merit and achievemnt at national and internaonal level sporting evenys and tournaments.
3. Category 3| Arts scholarship:                                                                                                                                                           This is applicable for outstanding and gifted students in the field of arts who have consistently produced and exceptional quality of work and shown outstanding merit and achivement at national and international level events.
4. Category 4| Need scholarship:                                                                                                                                                         This is applicable for the students seeking admission belonging to lower income groups shall be providing genorous concessions students in need of concession should submit a written  application along with relevant documents at the time of registration . 

Students can avail the scholarships by submitting their repective certificates which are applicable for scholarship in the office.

To get admission into ISDI School of Design & Innovation Mumbai, candidates have to appear for the ISDI Challenge. The ISDI Challenge comprises: Design Aptitude Test (DAT),  Personal Interview and Portfolio Review

Students are selected for admission based on their combined performance in these components of the ISDI Challenge. There are no specific cut-off scores, but higher scores improve the chances of admission.

The Design Aptitude Test evaluates the candidate's:Creative ability,  Graphic skills,  Spatial visualization and Knowledge of design fundamentals

It contains questions from:Visual arts,  Design concepts,  General knowledge and Logical and analytical reasoning

The DAT is followed by a personal interview where candidates have to present and discuss their portfolio. This evaluates their design thinking process, creativity, communication skills and passion for design. There is no minimum scores disclosed for the ISDI Challenge. But in previous years, candidates with: DAT score above 75% and Good portfolio and Interview performance has secured admission.

Though ISDI does not disclose official cutoffs, based on previous years' data, scoring above 75-80% in the DAT along with good performance in the portfolio/project and interview increases your chances of admission significantly. Class 12 marks also matter for undergraduate programs.

Since you have scored 70% in the DAT, focus on preparing well for the:

• Portfolio/Design project round
• Personal interview

ISDI admission is based on merit and an entrance exam called the ISDI Challenge. The ISDI Challenge consists of three parts:

1. Portfolio or Design Project
2. Design Aptitude Test (DAT)
3. Online Interview

• Portfolio/Design Project - 40%
• DAT - 30%

  For undergraduate programs, admission is primarily based on merit in the qualifying exam (Class 12). Candidates with higher marks in Class 12 have a higher chance of admission.

  Candidates first need to fulfill the eligibility criteria:

  • Pass Class 12 from a recognised board.
  • Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Class 12.

  Eligible candidates are then called for the ISDI Challenge. After clearing the ISDI Challenge, admission is granted based on merit.
