There are DVC scholarships and external scholarships. Some of the DVC scholarships for International students are as follows:
ASDVC Student Scholarship- The purpose of this scholarship is to honor a DVC full-time student who maintains good academic standing. Criteria: 3.0 GPA, enrolled in a minimum of 12.0 units, financial need, community service, and in good academic standing. Awarded amount is $500.

The following are the documents required in the visa process for Indian students-
- A valid passport and passport-sized photographs.
- I-20 form issued by the college after acceptance.
- Proof of sufficient financial resources to cover tuition and living expenses for at least the first year including bank statements or other proof of finances.
- Visa application form DS-160.
- Pay the I-901 SEVIS Fee
- Payment receipt for the visa application fee.
