There is no particular college for digital marketing. You can go with Symbiosis College, SP Jain, XIMR Mumbai, etc. You can also go with Google AdWords, Analytics course as it is offered free of cost on Google Garage.

Worthiness should only be decided by you. I know some DM professional who hasn't done any course in DM but earning the hefty sum of money. I am not discouraging any course (neither encouraging). But I am just explaining you that you can make your career without doing any course. DM consist of many domains. Just figure out step by step in detail, identify your area of interest and do lots of projects and internship. Trust me, employers love to see your experience and projects rather than the number of courses you have done. There are a lot of sites, channels available which give free tutorials for DM. No international university in Germany will provide you with free education. You will have to find a sponsor for your education. The sponsor could be your employer or any other funding agency. International MBA can never be acquired for a free of cost.
