(ii) must have a teaching experience of 2 years at least
(iii) graduate with 50% (40% for SC/ST/BC/PWD).

Eligibility for distance B.Ed (IGNOU):
Candidates with:
a) at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalentthereto, and
b) (I) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. Or (ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face-to-face mode. Thanks!

I did not find any mention of the same.
However, you being an Elementary teacher (JBT) makes you eligible to do the B Ed. You may be one with a BA Degree, but working in a recognized school, whose experience certificate will be approved by the University DDE.
The eligibility conditions for admission to B.Ed (2-year) course through distance mode will be as under:-
(i) Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) or 55% marks in case of BE/B.Tech (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) as per directions

No, you cannot pursue two degrees together through distance mode. But, UGC had recommended that students enrolled in a regular degree course should be allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university.

Yes. B.Ed is provided through distance also. Annamalai University distance degree is valid throughout and a good choice of studies and it is equally valuable to the normal degree.
