Hi,
Eligibility: In-service Teacher candidates with a minimum of two years working experience in AP as on 30th June 2018 and having passed Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks from Andhra University or any other University recognized, as equivalent thereto can apply.
As you are doing job in Odisha, you can't apply.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue B.Ed course from Annamalai University. You can easily get admission seeing your previous courses' % which you have mentioned so no doubt you can pursue and you are eligible for it.

B.Ed is a course that is mandatory for those who are willing to join regular and standard Teaching at Schools. That is not possible. You will have to clear all subjects and receive passing certificate to take admission in another course.

You can do the B.Ed from IGNOU as you have teaching experience. IGNOU is more desirable for the students of today than any other university. Bachelor of Education or B.Ed. From IGNOU is recognised by the National Council for Teachers Education. It is probably the only university that has a flexible class with the degree that is recognised globally. Eligibility:
Candidates with:
