Just walk down to any of the distance learning center of the institute of your choice. They will guide you. On a personal note it is advised not to go for distance learning unless you are a professional and are working somewhere as the regular program from a good institute has a higher weightage and it will offer you campus. Distance learning on the other hand won't give you placements

Manipal has a good name these days. But if you want to so MBA through distance mode, why are you looking for colleges only in Delhi? You can opt for Symbiosis, Pune distance course or GJU Hisar, Haryana for distance education.
