Yes, you can get admission in DTU if this rank is your AIR but remember that you will get only the core branches of DTU on this rank i.e., Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering . You can't get Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or Software Engineering etc.For getting admission and a sure seat in DTU, your JEE Mains general category rank must be under 10,000, which means you need to score at least above 99.2 percentile in JEE Mains. For the top branches in DTU, your JEE Mains rank must be under 2,800 rank, or you can say more than 99.8 percentile score.

No, DTU does not offer an MSc course without an entrance exam. CUET-PG is the exam accepted by the university for admission to the M.Sc course.
DTU offers M.Sc. programs in Mathematics, Physics, and Biotechnology. To eligible for MSc course at DTU:
- One should have graduated from science stream, B.Sc, B.Tech or any other relevant degree with a minimum of 55% from a recognized university/college.
- Selection will be based on CUET-PG.
The fee for the M.Sc course is INR 36,000.
I hope it will help.

Nine years before the first IIT was founded at Kharagpur in 1950, Delhi Technological University (DTU), originally known as Delhi College of Engineering, was founded in 1941. IITs promote a set of universities with an NAAC ranking of "A" or higher. Additionally, DTU is ranked 'A' by the NAAC. Both colleges offer their students a wide range of UG and PG courses along with fantastic placement chances. The top package available at DTU for the 2021–2022 academic year was INR 1.8 CPA, whereas the highest packages at IIT consistently surpass INR 1 CPA. It is safe to conclude that DTU and IITs are equivalent when comparing all of these

Approximately the placement percentage of DTU CSE varies from 88 % - 93%. Even colleges better than DTU find it difficult to maintain a 100% record. Students who have poor grades or backlogs usually get rejected while many top graders opt for higher studies generally in foreign universities. The University has released the 2023 placement statistics. As per the report, the highest package offered to BTech students was INR 82.05 LPA and INR 25.22 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 1,635 offers and 1,499 students were placed during DTU BTech placements 2023.Top notch engineering college meeting international standards of education. Pla

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to DTU is 60% marks in the 12th board exam, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. You meet this criteria. However, the final admission to DTU is based on the JEE Mains rank, not just the 12th marks. For the general category, meeting cutoff requires a JEE Mains rank within the top 4,500. For SC/ST candidates, the cutoff is slightly lower, but a rank of 106,645 in the SC category is still quite low.
