From my opinion, both of the colleges are best. But, IPU New Delhi offers 100% placements to students. Doon Business schiol is also good, but placements given are too low. The campus and faculty of both the colleges are good. Best of luck for your future.

B.Tech+MBA integrated course is the best option in terms of the package. Companies prefer to have those students that have some idea about the sales and also about the market trend and only in MBA course, students get to know about this.
