JNTUH admissions are open. A few more updates are as follows:
- The TG ICET 2026 registration will tentatively start in March 2026 for admission to MBA and MCA courses, and the exam will be conducted on May 13, 2026 & May 14, 2026.
- The GATE 2026 exam for admission to Phd course will be conducted from Feb 7, 2026 to Feb 8, 2026, and then from Feb 14, 2026 to Feb 15, 2026.
- The AP EAPCET application form 2026 will tentatively be available in March 2026 for admission to BTech and BPharma courses.
JNTU Hyderabad Highlights 2025
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad is a Public Technological University located in Hyderabad. The institute was founded in 1972 as the first Technological University of India. JNTU Hyderabad Infrastructure
JNTU Hyderabad campus is spans over 89 acres of land. The institute facilitates its students with a library, auditorium, seminar/ conference halls, guest houses, hostels, canteen, internet and wifi, computer labs, bank & fire station. The following facilities are given by the JNTU Hyderabad:
Infrastructure: The college houses 40 lecture halls, four drawing halls, laboratories, a computer center, and a seminar hall with a seating capacity of 150 people. Each department has its library, and seminar hall in their building. A Powerhouse with a 140 KV generator connected to all buildings including hostels.
Hostels: The college presently has 4 hostel blocks, two for boys and two for girls. Hostels can accommodate about 820 boys and 575 girls. Hostels are provided with the best facilities for the daily needs of students.
Library: The college library consists of nearly 61,414 books, about 126 Journals, and 4000 online journals.
Sports and Recreation: The college has adequate facilities for sports and games. There are facilities for playing Cricket, Football, Table Tennis and other games. A running track is also available. There is a multi-gym inside the campus.
Other facilities: Other facilities include an Auditorium, Guest House, Bank, Staff Quarters, Canteen, and medical facilities with qualified doctors and dispense.

To reach Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad, one can use distinct modes of transportation depending on your starting point.
- If one is coming from a distant location, one can fly to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad. You can take a taxi from the airport or use app-based cab services to reach JNTU Hyderabad. Choosing JNTU Hyderabad CSE is best in my opinion because it is in a good city, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is in a village.
JNTUH is well established, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is still in the process
Even the fee will be higher for NIT Andhra Pradesh than JNTUH.
