Hi, as far integrated course is concerned you need to check the placement records and infrastructure provision in that college. In case of JNU Delhi, it is the first batch of integrated course in 2018 whereas in University of hyderabad the placement record is good.

The advantage of integrated courses is that the students don't have to worry or give entrance exam after completion of the first part since admissions into second part is guaranteed. When you are seeking admission in integrated M.Tech course there is only one exam initially for admission in B.Tech.

There are several colleges but only or two are best for example LPU, IIPM Indore but seats are limited in IIPM Indore that is 30 only and wish caste reservation rule also. And in LPU, seats are quite more without caste reservation rule. So, choose it wisely.

Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and/or Mathematics subjects in 10+2 examination with minimum pass marks in individual subjects and pass mark in English.
Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in Tezpur University Entrance Examination (TUEE).

JEE Mains - 25%
