Hello Divya,
Both the courses are good at their places. Since you are a commerse students so MBA would be a better choice for you and MBA is the good deal to go with.Because it is the better graduate course by which you can get job in good MNC's.

It means either you take admission for only B.Tech. degree or B.Tech.+M.Tech. or B.Tech.+MBA. It has advantage that for master degree, you do not have to apply for any entrance test and directly do it. Only those students opt for dual degree who want to pursue master's after the degree course is over. Disadvantage is that you will not any opportunity for campus placement drive in your final year of B.tech. degree.
