Cut-off do not go according to specialization. Cut-off will be general because in the first year MBA students will study all the subjects and in 2nd year they will choose specialization.

I am afraid not. However you will get an exposure to all the functional areas during you first year, but the specialization will only be in one of the functional area and not both.

To pursue a generic MBA program, you need to score 50% marks in your graduation. You also need to get a decent score in entrance exam to get admission for MBA.
M.Pharm is a Master's program, so one has to be a B.Pharm graduate to seek admission in M.Pharm.
