Hi Ankur,IGNOU is globally recognized, but for admission purposes you must check with the universities. Especially for Ph.D, you must check directly with the universities, contact the department heads for Ph.D work.

There is no such distinction of NIOS students for admissions in DU. You will be totally eligible, but the admissions are based on merit so you will need to score accordingly. I suggest seeking out last year's merit list to get a general idea as it varies each year.

Generally you must have graduated in economics and you must have scored 55% aggregate marks after that you are eligible for Masters programme.
