There is nothing called best. All depends on your student-institution relationship that requires a good amount of dedication, smart work on your side & good study environment on the other side. So, I'll suggest you to check your comfort zone, study environment of institution together then make a wise decision.

As you have shown interest in M.Sc Economics, I would say that you may explore many areas. You may enter into different sectors like banking and finance, teaching, retail, stock and share brokering, FMCG, PR etc according to the personal interest and attributes.
The job opportunity and the salary packages will also differ drastically after PG. Research is another area which can be looked out.

You may definitely pursue the Economics Honors from Delhi University, provided you have mathematics or Business Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level. The eligibility for the same requires the candidate to have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi with a pass in 4 subjects (English, Mathematics and two Elective Subjects) or an examination recognised as equivalent there to, with 55% or more marks in the aggregate of these four subjects. In addition to your pass results, many institutions require subject based marks. I don't think if they need you to pass in Maths then you can apply for Economics (Hons.). Moreover Physical Education is an awesome subject if you have a desire for it. Try once that too as in streams requiring maths min. marks you won't be able to apply. You may also take an option to try 12 boards again next year!
