Dear Vinita,
No there won't be any deduction for hons. courses unless you are going for change of stream and since eco is a relevant field for commerce students it's not in category of change of field.

If you want to be an economist or civil servant then BA (Hons.) economics is a good option. If you want to do Commerce & Accounting/MBA in future then B.Com (Hons.) will be a better option.
