Edge Hill University

IELTS is accepted at Edge Hill University. Minimum scores required in IELTS and other equivalent English language proficiency tests are-

Waiver: 70% for CBSE / ICSE and 75% for all other boards. The university does not consider qualifications from the following states Punjab, UP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Bihar, and Rajasthan.

If students have applied through UCAS to one of the UG courses of Edge Hill University, an acknowledgment card will be sent within 48 hours to confirm that the authority has received the application. Once students have submitted the application, students are going to usually receive a decision within 10 working days of the receipt of the acknowledgment card. During the busy times, this may take longer than usual.

For international students, Edge Hill University tuition fee is £21,500 (Around INR 24.3 L) for 2025/26 academic year. Apart from this, students are required to pay the living expenses. Students can also access the scholarships as well that are available for postgraduate students. It is awarded on the basis of academic merit.  Courses like LLM Legal Practice and PGCE iQTS do not qualify for this scholarship

Edge Hill University MA in Social Work course duration is 2 years. Note that this course is approved by Social Work England (SWE). This means that on the successful completion of this course, students are going to gain eligibility to apply to register with SWE as a qualified social worker. The tuition fee for the MA in Social Work course is £17,000 (Around INR 18.5 L) for international students.

To study MBA in the UK, the University of West London is slightly cheaper then the Edge Hill University. The University of West London fees for MBA is INR 16 L to INR 18 L while Edge Hill University MBA fees is INR 16 L to INR 22 L.
