Applying to EFREI Paris is different from applying to the other universities in France considering many factors. EFREI Paris has unique application deadlines, particularly for International students. The applications must be submitted by May 15 for the fall semester and October 15 for the spring semester. Also, it has programs focusing more on digital technology and engineering as compared to other French Universities. EFREI Paris has a robust International presence being a part of the Erasmus programme for over 30 years.

The courses at EFREI Paris are having the cost:

1. INR 9.61 Lacs for Masters in Networks and Virtualisation, for Masters in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and for Master in IT and Finance.

2. INR 10.24 Lacs for Master in Software Engineering.

The University of Bologna courses have costs for MA course 1.06 Lacs approximately and none of the course has cost above INR 2.5 Lacs thus it can be considered to be cheaper than EFREI, Paris.

The deadlines to submit applications for EFREI Paris depends on the course. For the fall season the deadline is Mid-May of every year. The applications must be submitted before these dates including the following documents.

1. Statement of Purpose needed for a few courses.
2. Letter of recommendation needed for some of the courses.
3. Essays not required at all.
4. CV is needed for all the courses.
5. The additional documents are required.

The money in Indian rupees to study at EFREI Paris is different for various courses. The cost of the Master of virtualisation course is INR 9.71 lakh, for Master in IT for finance it is INR 9.71 lakhs, for Master in Software engineering it is INR 10.35 lakh, for Master in Buisness Intelligence and Analytics it is INR 9.71 lakh. Other costs being the cost of accomodation and the meals cost which will depend on whether the student is living on campus and off campus.

Documents required in the visa process for Indian students at EFREI Paris are:

1. Acceptance letters, letters from institutions in India and France.
2. Letters from universities/laboratories/organizations, bona fide letters, academic records, language test certifications, curriculum vitae, experience letters, and any other documents uploaded on the Campus France online form.
3. A long-stay application form.
4. Two passport-size photographs, a valid passport, a printout of the CampusFrance ID number, a letter of registration from a French Academic Institution, a cover letter explaining the study project and motivation, and proof of resources.
