You should check every college personal website to have updates from college. This is the only way, because last dates of closing admission are near.

You can start internship during your summer vacation. You can apply at Bosh, Maruti or other companies. You have to go there with college permission for internship.

To get lateral entry admission in a college (Delhi) for B.Tech electronics & telecommunication, you have to appear for LEET entrance test or JEE Mains Examination.

For the students of ECE or telecommunication, it is very necessary to be expert in Embedded system or Robotics or Automation or switch in software learn any module of Java, php etc. Because this is the time when industries are demanding skill employees. So, to see the market scenario expert yourself in any above field.

Both have different scopes. But in my opinion you should opt for B.Tech. B.Tech is a professional degree. Jobs are more on the basis of B.Tech. Many colleges offer this course. Admission is mainly based on entrance exam.

Normally it is done either via UPSC or its equivalents in states or the companies directly. You will have to keep track by registering with appropriate agencies to get this information to your email. You may find a place in Air Traffic Control as a Controller, which comes under Airports Authority of India.
