Both have different scopes. But in my opinion you should opt for B.Tech. B.Tech is a professional degree. Jobs are more on the basis of B.Tech. Many colleges offer this course. Admission is mainly based on entrance exam.

Hello Sagar,
Yes, of course why not? Government of India as well as state government enterprises employs different varieties of specialists every year. Normally it is done either via UPSC or its equivalents in states or the companies directly. You will have to keep track by registering with appropriate agencies to get this information to your email. Best wishes.

You may find a place in Air Traffic Control as a Controller, which comes under Airports Authority of India. They come up with vacancy notifications from time to time and intake candidates to train them as Air Traffic Controllers who are then based at any airport across the network of AAI. Apart from the above mentioned you may also work for other job profiles which require the candidates to be graduates. You may look for them on career pages of various airlines.
