There is no problem in doing B.Ed.

Depends on University that they consider AMIE for admissions. According to UGC and AICTE, AMIE is not valid though. You should enquire directly with the institute.

There are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. But, you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website. All the Best.

As per your rank, there are very few chances for you to get admission in electronics branch in Silliguri Institute of Technology, West Bengal. You can try for another colleges.

You can apply for Bachelors instead of Diploma as visa concerns arise that why you are again apply for Diploma so it's best for you to apply for Bachelors. You can also apply for Australia if your Diploma is completed within the duration.
