For admission to Electronics Engineering Diploma course you should have completed Class 10 from a recognised board with at least 50% marks. A strong foundation in Math and Science is non negotiable for this field. If you've completed Class 12 in the PCM stream, you can also apply for lateral entry admission to the Diploma course and complete the same in 2 years instead of the regular 3-year duration.
You can check the college websites for their specific requirements, if any. Some colleges also take entrance exams for admission while others offer admission on merit.

You can apply for Bachelors instead of Diploma as visa concerns arise that why you are again apply for Diploma so it's best for you to apply for Bachelors. You can also apply for Australia if your Diploma is completed within the duration.
