Hello Shivang,
Colleges in every state have a quota for domicile as well as non-domicile students. You can seek admission in the non-domicile quota by appearing for the respective state entrance examination followed by appearing for the counselling (college and branch allotment) process.

Hi Aju,
Mentioned below are some of the courses that you can pursue:
CATIA V5 (running well as of now), AutoCAD (best tool before CATIA), solidworks, Pro E, Hypermesh, ANSYS, UNIGRAPHICS (current trend).
Stick to the basic tools first like AutoCAD and solid edge and then big tools like CATIA and UG as they can be learnt easily (as far as designing is concerned). If you are interested in analysis Ansys, CFD and hypermesh then go for them as they are the best tools to get trained.

You can either join a good coaching institute or you can start self-preparation. You should start practicing the problems. You can also refer to some good reference books for CAT like Arun Sharma.
