After completing class 12th, I would suggest you to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective. I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup in case things don't end up the way you've planned for IIT/ AIEEE.

For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can learn Java language followed by networking courses and CCNA/CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (certified ethical hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.

Germany remains the unbeatable destination. France, Netherlands, Japan, Australia and Canada are very good options too. I have not mentioned US and UK since obtaining jobs in these countries are not easy however they have reputed universities.
