Yes—most professors hold M.Tech or doctorate degrees, with several having decades of teaching experience. A few have participated in research and faculty development programs. Their mixed teaching style balances theory, lab work, and real-world examples. Many are involved in small research projects with students. Agra College accepts JEE Main scores under national counselling (JoSAA/CSAB). Cutoffs vary, but eligible scores typically fall in the sixty to seventy-five percentile range. For top streams like CS, JEE Main rank should ideally be under one Lacs twenty thousand. Other branches may allow slightly higher ranks. Admission is moderately competitive. Top branches like Computer Science and Electronics fill quickly due to high demand. With a rank under fifty thousand in UPSEE, you stand a solid chance. For others, fees are affordable so management quota is accessible. The college supports students through application, rank guidance, and documentation. If you work hard and apply via the state counselling route or management quota, getting in is very achievable.

Admissions usually open in May–June each academic year via UP counselling. Both UPSEE and board-based entries are accepted. The college regularly updates its portal and conducts help sessions for new applicants. If you have your credentials and rank ready, you can apply anytime in that window. For students from nearby regions, admissions are affordable, well-guided and transparent.
