As your financial condition is not good, so you should either go for b tech in private colleges of west Bengal or Bhopal. In these places, engineering fees are not too high. Select the location as per your convenience.

Could you be particular, like which state and the colleges based on JEE or based on any state entrance exam based colleges.

Hello Muni Sundaram,
This institution in Chennai perhaps has the lowest fee structure. It charges only about Rs.1.5 Lacs for four years for not only aeronautical engineering branch but across all branches of engineering.

Please mention the university/college name for better assistance, as the fees may vary a lot from private to government colleges.

It is around 3 lacs per annum including hostel and mess charges.
