Hello Sanjeev,
I feel there is some miscommunication or misconception in your mind. Fees in an engineering college are same irrespective of one's ranking in CET of the state. Fees charged to management quota students is of course on a different pedestal. Some colleges offer scholarships based on ranking but fees charged remain same.

it is college depending thing. for ex in jabalpur engineering college it is 22300 rs ansd other is high . in private college it is very high so it totally depends on college

No, the total fee is much higher than that. 3 years ago, it was around 16 lakhs for B.Tech. I don't know what the present scenario is.
