Naturally all the top ranked universities have strong industrial tie-ups. Based on the GRE score range you gave you can target Ohio State University, University of Colorado-Boulder, University of California-Davis, University of Pittsburgh, University of Delaware, etc. If your overall profile and academic grades are very strong then you can apply to universities like Purdue University, North Carolina State University, etc.
