Indian IT industry is in slow decline phase because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries and increasing restrictions on working visas which has led to decrease in profits. Opportunities for IT professionals is declining rapidly. Unless you do BTech IT or BTech CS from top engineering college with good placement records, you may face challenges in getting good job in IT industry.

No such college is there, however, it depends on skills sets of the students and credibility to be selected by reputed recruiters including honeywell. There is no such solution prepared by any institution, by drinking that one can attain skills. Only hard and continuous working give bright results I.e. fetching the goals.

In case of CSE, it doesn't matter you do it from Rourkela or MANIT. Still, go through placement statistics and also your comfortable location. For information about faculty and research project go through NIRF data.

Both are good.
It depends on the college in which you are taking admission. In some colleges mechanical has better placement but in some electrical has better.

Hey Satyam,
Definitely, you will get a seat in UPES. Kindly wait for the counselling and choose from the programmes being offered to you. See you got 4512 rank, right? So, it doesn't mean that all aspirants who has a rank below 4512 will join UPES only, they may have taken different engineering exams and they may have got a chance in other colleges. So, probably you will get a seat, do not worry.
