Both are among the top engineering colleges of Gujarat. Nirma is better than LDCE in every aspect. Thus for placements also, Nirma is far better than LDCE. The highest package offered to CSE candidate of LDCE was 10 LPA by HSBC. And if we talk about Nirma University, the highest package offered for computer engineering is more than 20 LPA and companies participation is really good in Nirma as compared to LDCE.

Placement is usually focused towards IT companies. Average package was somewhere around 3 LPA. Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc., IT giants from India and abroad too visit the campus. Though few but some other core computer Science companies like Adobe, and Microsoft also visit the campus a few of the times. The mechanical department has some core companies visiting them with an average package of around 4 LPA, companies like Honda, Mahindra, and Eicher are a few of them.
