You can look out for better options as Mangalmay Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida is an average college with not so good placements.

Class 11th marks will not decide your whole life because most of the students score very bad marks in class 11 but in class 12, all the things will be right automatically if you want. In my friend list, some friends got 40% in class 11 and they scored 80%+ in class 12 and now they are in NIT – Durgapur.

Other than the local state government & construction industry jobs, you can try for UPSC exams or appear for GATE and try for PSU jobs.

The placement record of electrical engineering and mechanical has been always good. There is always demand for electrical engineer in private sector. There are always openings in government sector for electrical engineering. If you have interest in electrical engineering, then don't worry about placement, your dedication and hard work will take you to the heights, you can ever imagine.
Good luck.
