You must pass 10+2 with PCM subjects and be eligible for the TS EAMCET in order to be admitted to KMIT for a B.Tech program. Thirty percent of seats are filled by direct application under the Management/NRI quota, and seventy percent are filled through TS EAMCET counselling. Marksheets from grades 10 and 12, the TS EAMCET rank card, and identification documents are required. Counselling typically starts in June.

Public sources do not specifically provide the TANCET cutoff for the MBA/PGDM programme at Akshaya Institute of Management Studies (AIMS) Coimbatore in 2025. According to past patterns, the general category projected cutoff is between 18 and 25 out of 100 whereas reserved groups like SC and ST have lower cutoffs of 10 to 15. Every year cutoffs change according to the exam complexity the number of applicants, and the institute 60-seat capacity.
