If you want to study the BTech Biochemical Engineering course, you should start by checking the eligibility criteria at various colleges that usually ask for at least 50 to 60% marks in the Science stream. As an exception, the IITs ask for at least 75% marks in the PCM subjects.
Further, you need to clear relevant entrance tests with excellent marks and rank and also fill out the college application forms before the last date. After the results are out and you have your scorecard with you, you need to apply for the college counseling process.
The process is meant for seat allotment purposes on the basis of your marks and rank in the exam

B.Tech course is started new at FIMT college still you can take admission, because there is already a BCA programme in the IT Department that has been running since 2009 and its placement record has been very good, about 10% of the students are placed in MNCs like TCS and Wipro. 2 to 5% of students go for higher studies and the remaining students get placed at an average package. Therefore, the department has a record of 100% placement for almost the last 5 years. Based on this, we can say that the B.Tech programme is starting here from 2025-26. Therefore, the overall record of B.Tech will also be good.

Yes, Sandip University employs a normalization process for SU JEE (Sandip University Joint Entrance Examination) scores to ensure fairness across different question paper sets and candidate categories. This process adjusts scores to account for variations in difficulty levels among different exam versions, ensuring that no candidate is unfairly advantaged or disadvantaged due to the specific set of questions they received.
