The selection criteria at Nanasaheb Mahadik College of Engineering for B.E./B.Tech is:
Passed 10+2 with Physics & Maths, plus Chemistry/Biology/CS/Biotech/Vocational, with minimum 50% (45% for reserved)
Should have a valid score in MHT-CET or JEE Main.
For direct second-year entry: Diploma holders in engineering and eligible B.Sc. graduates get merit-based lateral entry
You need good marks in 12th PCM and MHT-CET or JEE score to get admission.

Eligibility criteria for B.E. /B.Tech at Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management (GKCEM).
- Students must have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics combined.
- For reserved category candidates, the minimum aggregate marks required are 40 percent.
- A good score in WBJEE or JEE Mains exam. Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management considers these examination score for admission.

The minimum academic requirement is an individual must have passed 10+2 in any recognised board. He/she must have studied maths and physics as compulsary subjects. The minimum marks required varies from different category like general category requires more than or equal to 45% and other reserved categories requires more than or equal to 40%. After this, there will be entrance exam, candidate must have appread in MHT-CET, preference is given to JEE Mains score over MHT-CET.
