For a diploma in Paper and Pulp Technology, you need to pass Class 10 with at least 50% marks, while for BTech, you should have at least 50 to 60% marks in Class 12 in the PCM subjects.
For an M Tech degree, you must have completed graduation in Pulp and Paper Technology, Chemical Engg., or a related field with at least 55% marks. Further, you can also go for a Ph.D. for which you must have a Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks.

The duration of Pulp & Paper Technology courses varies on the basis of the course level at which you're planning to study the course. For diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology after Class 10, the time span is 3 years. For UG-level courses, you need to spend 4 years in general.

For PG-level courses like MTech, the duration is 2 years, while for a PG-Diploma course, you need to invest 1-2 years. You can also consider going for a PhD degree in the field that spans 3 to 6 years.

Central University of Punjab M.Tech fee is around INR 20,000 for two years. In my point of view you should go for some other university for engenring to some other university as the engenring at kalinga is not so good as other course are like MBA and B.Pharma so if you are thinking to want to pursue your engenering from kalinga then u should check their placement and all the criterias and if it suits you, you can go for it
