Yes, RV College of Engineering (RVCE) accepts JEE Main scores for B.Tech admissions. However, it's also important to note that RV College of Engineering also considers scores from COMEDK and KCET (Entrance exam organised by State Government) for B.Tech admissions, particularly for Karnataka. You can get seat in RV College of Engineering through the COMEDK, KCET and JEE Mains.

TNEA category wise Cutoff in 2024 was

OC : 199 – 200

BC : 198 – 199

MBC : 196 – 198

SC : 190 – 195

For CSE Branch your rank should be under 200.

Note: These data changes per year. I will suggest to check the latest cutoff before taking admission.

So, it depends on reservation category and you have scored 87 percentile which is good and you have good chances of getting seat in MNIT in some branches.
