With a COMEDK rank of 45,203, your chances of securing a seat in top engineering colleges in Karnataka like RV College of Engineering or BMS College of Engineering for the CSE branch are slim, as these colleges have much lower cutoff ranks for CSE.

Medicaps University is slightly better known for its newer infrastructure and higher placement packages (3-6 Lacs INR) for CSE students. Acropolis Institute offers similar academic programs but with slightly older infrastructure and lower average salary packages. Both have comparable fee structures (50K-1.5 Lacs INR), but Medicaps generally has a better reputation for CSE. You can consider Medicaps if infrastructure and placements are a priority.

There are not many options available in Telangana for M.E/M.Tech through CUET exam. You have only two options one is the University of Hyderabad and the other is Maulana Azad National Urdu University which is also in Hyderabad. The good part is that this is a central government University. The University of Hyderabad also needs a valid GATE score along with CUET.

It can be difficult transferring from a government engineering college to UBDT (University B.D.T. College of Engineering) for your 5th semester because most universities prescribe some pretty stringent transfer policies. However, that doesn't entirely render the exercise impossible.
Factors affecting transfer possibilities include:
Existence of vacancies in the applicant's chosen branch in UBDT.
Drawing up their policy as to intercollegiate transfers, some universities may flatly prevent transfer between institutions.

ILAHIA College of Engineering and Technology offers 4 year B.Tech programme in 6 different disciplines namely- Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The total tuition fee for the B.E. in Aerospace Engineering course at RV College of Engineering in Bangalore through comedk is INR ?1,27,440 for the entire four-year course. And the hostel fee is ?4,53,000. And if you are a karnaka citizen and go through KCET it will be much lesser .The yearly fees is around ?1,30,000. And for for years ir is ?5,20,000.
