For the eligibility conditions, you will have to check the prospectus of the college. Since food tech. Requires Biology and Chemistry as a mandate, you should be eligible to pursue this course.

Eligibility for M.Sc. In Food Technology Graduation completed from a recognized university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Graduation needs to have been completed in any Chemistry. Biochemistry. Botany. Zoology. Microbiology. So, if you want to study food tech, you will have to take admission through the entrance exam first. See this link for details of all the colleges

You can opt for various Bachelor of Design courses conducted by IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati and IIT Hyderabad through Undergraduate common entrance exam for design (UCEED). Bachelor of Science (Research) from IISc Bangalore through JEE Advanced. And can also be eligible for National Defense Academy (NDA) exam for Air Force and Naval wings. If interested in Management course than integrated MBA course of IIM Indore is another option through IPMAT or change your stream to arts courses.

Well, the question papers of JEE Main will not be released immediately after the exam concludes but a short while after the last exam concludes. NTA will release the question papers along with the student responses and the answer key.

If you want to get admission to premier engineering colleges like IITs and NITs then you will have to write JEE Mains and JEE Advanced for which you can start preparation after the 10th. In the 12th class, you will be eligible to write this exam. Besides this exam, there are various state-level exams for government engineering colleges like AKTU (For up), COMEDK (For Karnataka), and others.
