Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding. So I would suggest you for B.Tech Computer Science. If you get selected for B.Tech in CS then undoubtedly you will be getting better course contents and deeper knowledge of Computer Science and its subjects. If you get admission in a good B.Tech college / university then you will be having a good platform to develop your technical skills and knowledge at State or National level; if you are capable enough. Apart from IIT, top colleges for engineering are National Institute of Technology, R. V. College of Engineering, Delhi Technological University, College of Engineering Pune, UPES Dehradun, Chandigarh University, Geeta University, etc. Students of CSE secured salary package of up to Rs 21 LPA and placement opportunities from companies like Amazon, Flipkart, HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, American Express, Motherson Sumi, Urban Clap, UST Global, Max Life, ICICI Prudential visiting the varsity campus for conducting their campus placements. University also provides Internship opportunities for us, From organisation where you do internship, an Industry guide is allocated to the intern student and a faculty member from the institution. Monitoring is done by Faculty member on the regularly basis with the industry guide to check the progress and performance of the student intern.
