You have a good rating and would easily get into Chandigarh University, but in my opinion, JIIT Noida is far superior to Chandigarh University in terms of placements, exposure, and other factors. MNCs such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, and Flipkart are hiring CSE students at Chandigarh University. During the campus placements, which included over 240 multinational businesses, a record number of 3750 engineering students were chosen.

There are a lot of of carrier opportunity after doing civil engineering .First of all there are a lot of vacancies in state government jobs after doing civil engineering and the number of vacancies is more than mechanical and electrical every year and so that you can prepare for the state government jobs otherwise you can go for Higher studies after that you can prepare yourself for teaching service.

It has a long history of successful placements. Better placements are available at Chandigarh University. Microsoft, IBM, SAP Labs, and Hewlett Packard were among the IT businesses that paid CU a visit. For student placements, more than 250 firms visit Chandigarh University's Computer Science Engineering Department. It's a well-known firm.

B. Techai ans data Science engineering at Rizvi college of engineering is good. The placement facility are also good. Many company are coming and hired many student. The highest package is 7-8lakhs per annum and average is 3-4 Lacs per annum. The company are ibm, wipro, extramarks etc.

Yes, why not you definitely give JEE Main 2018. You can attempt JEE Main 3 times and JEE Advance 2 times.
