Yes, you can get a CSE branches in private engineering colleges but those colleges will not be so good.

80 above will work for you and for the CSE branch you need above 92 percentile.

It will be really tough for you to get admission to good government colleges with these marks. There are many private colleges but you will have to pay high fees there, some good private colleges are SNU, Thapar, etc.

A minimum of 45% marks are required in PUC/12th/10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with English as one of the subject/languages. The KCET ranks below 25000 are good enough for getting the best engineering college in Karnataka.

Please write about the specific college name and engineering branch for better response. However top engineering college like IIT Mumbai needs to rank below 67 in JEE Advanced for B.Tech CSE for general category candidate.
