Yes Definitely IGNOU degree allowed for government exams. However everyone not get selected in government jobs so this degree also valid for Private Sector jobs also. IGNOU degree worth for them who need them. Its not for everyone. You have to be very disciplined and sincere during these times. IGNOU exams are actually much harder than other private colleges. You get all material but you have to go through your own. You have to keep a keen interest in subject because there is no one to motivate you in your journey of IGNOU study.

% at which admissions stop keeps changing every year. It depends on host of factors. However a way to find out is download any college predictor for JEE Mains and keep on filling different rankings till you stop getting admission

Hello Sri Divya, management quota admissions are the most secretive of all. If course students need to have all the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University. But fees etc. Are decided by the institution itself. If general seats are filled then fees under this quota are hiked but in the other hand if seats in general class are not filled then discounts are also offered for admission under this category.
