Each state has its own entrance exam. If score in JEE is not good try out for NIT university which have their own entrance exams also various 3-4 years courses related to engineering are provided by some NIT and IITs which have good industrial demand try out for those.

You can pursue courses like PG Diploma in counseling and HRM etc. One can pursue courses like PGDM in personnel management from Symboisis, IGNOU KUK, Anamalai etc. Also, one can plan about teaching as a career option. Qualifying NET JRF in PG subject can be a good option. Best wishes.
